MCC Seeking Feedback for Strategic Plan
Published on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025
In preparation for its next Five-Year Strategic Plan, Montgomery Community College is collecting information from members of the community. Public opinions and ideas will help the College understand diverse perspectives, and guide them as they craft and implement new initiatives to meet the needs of Montgomery County.
“MCC exists to further the educational goals of our community,” explains College President Dr. Chad Bledsoe. “Whether one’s goal is to certify in a technical field, to prepare for further academic studies, to obtain a degree to assist in career development, or to take personal interest courses, MCC has opportunities for students to challenge themselves and learn new skills. For this reason, we need the feedback of our community. I would ask all Montgomery County residents, how can MCC help you reach your educational goals?”
The College is providing two easy options to share your thoughts: An online survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/25-30Stratpln OR two in-person Town Halls: Thursday, February 6th, 6:00pm – 7:00 pm, The Highland Community Center at 131 Hoffman Road in Mt. Gilead; and, Wednesday, February 26th, 6:00pm – 7:00 pm, The Multipurpose Room at MCC (Building 200) at 1011 Page Street in Troy. Montgomery Country residents are welcome to participate in all of the options, and MCC appreciates your participation in its exciting strategic planning journey!
